Internet Orders:
You may order via our website at www.csturfequip.com. While the online store
features our best-selling products, please feel free to contact us at
info@csturfequip.com or to call us at 800-872-7050 to ask about any product not
featured here.
Phone Orders:
Ordering hours are 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday excluding
holidays. If you are already a customer, please provide us with your customer
number.
Fax Orders:
You may order 24 hours a day by fax. Our fax number is 330-966-0956. Please
provide us with your customer number in addition to the part numbers for the
products you wish to order. Also include your phone number, should we need to
contact you.
Methods of Payment:
The online store accepts Mastercard and Visa.
International Orders:
If you wish to place an International order, please contact us at 800-872-7050
or at info@csturfequip.com. We happily process International orders. Please let
us know the part numbers and quantities of merchandise you wish to order as
well as the shipping destination or your freight forwarder. We can, upon
request, supply International Customers with price quotations or Pro Forma
invoice showing current prices and additional shipping charges. Acceptable
methods of payments are: MasterCard, Visa, payment in advance, or by an
irrevocable letter of credit drawn on a U.S. bank in our favor in U.S. funds
and payable on sight.
Returns:
Returns for credit must be recieved within 30 days of original shipment and
preapproved by C&S Turf Care Equipment, Inc. A Return Authorization Number and
Invoice copy must accompany all returns. Products which are special ordered
are not returnable. A restocking fee of 15% will be charged on all returned
items. Items being returned must be in original "new" condition. Any products
that have been used for pesticide application may not be returned. Products
with components missing or deemed not to be in "new" condition by manufacturer
will be replaced at customers expense. All items must be returned freight
prepaid to C&S Turf Care Equipment, Inc. All items returned for credit will be
refunded with store credit unless otherwise specified. All shortages and price
discrepencies must be filed within 30 days of invoice date.
Shipping Methods:
UPS, Motor Truck Freight, Air Freight, Federal Express, and Parcel Post
shipping are all available for your orders. All Motor Truck Freight shipments
are shipped freight collect unless otherwise specified.
Shipping Charges:
The Customer is responsible for any and all shipping costs. All packages
shipped are insured with the customer responsible for these costs as well.
Damaged Shipments:
Before you accept any package, carefully inspect it and the enclosed
merchandise for damage. List any damages on the freight carriers receipt and
contact the carrier for instructions on how to file a damage claim. Our
responsibility ends for the merchandise when the freight carrier picks up the
merchandise at our location for delivery to you.
Incorrect Shipments:
If you discover an error in our shipment, please contact us immediately so we
may assist. All charges for return shipments shall be the sole responsibility
of the customer with the exception of shipments sent in error by C&S Turf Care
Equipment, Inc.
Errors on the Website:
Any errors on the website are subject to change and correction. We cannot
control changes in products by other manufacturers.
Warranty:
All items sold are subject to the warranty of the original manufacturer. For a
copy of the warranty on any product you purchased from us, please send a
request in writing.
